The Design speaks of a certain lifestyle, one of entertaining for all seasons.
Glazing in the living area and master bedroom suite is full height throughout to take full advantage of the 360º view of the sea and mountains.
Sliding doors in the living areas open away from each other ensuring that these spaces spill out onto the terraces without interruption.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have under floor heating.

Jeannette Unite is an independent visual artist based in Cape Town, South Africa.
For the past decade she has been exploring Africa’s Industrial landscape.
Unite gathers minerals, mine dump waste and site specific sands integral to her process of making her own pastels and paint.
